Welcome to our education and learning department at Bede’s World!

In this section you will find all you need to know about what we offer to schools - from taught visits on site to outreach and assemblies in schools across North East England.

Every year more than 20,000 school children visit us at Bede’s World, with all school visits being fully taught by a member of our education team. Through our questions and answers, our bank of objects for hire and the opportunity to dress up as a monk - the year AD700 will be brought to life for your class.
