Podcasts

Bede's World has created two new Podcast tours of our Anglo-Saxon demonstration farm, Gyrwe. The tours can be used at home or downloaded to your MP3 player before a visit to use on-site.

Tour 1 is voiced by local storyteller Adam Bushnell whilst Tour 2 contains much the same information but the script was devised and performed by young people from Mortimer School in South Shields.

If you use the Podcasts in iTunes you will also see images from Gyrwe and access links to other areas of this website.

Please click on the picures to the right to download the tours and listen to them in iTunes. Alternatively, you can download an MP3 of the Mortimer School version.

We are very grateful to MLA North East who funded the production of the podcasts through their DiSCS project www.discs-uk.info

The podcasts were produced by Podcast Digital www.podcastdigital.co.uk
